Rit is committed for the cause of women upliftment. WE have recently completed a project Roshni, funded by Apollo Munich. Under this we have trained around 700 women from aspirational cities identified by Niti Ayog. These cities are Haridwar, Firozpur, Jaisalmer and Dholpur

Apart from skilling, Rit has filed a PIL to criminalise ‘Marital Rape’. Hounarable High Court is listening our plent. Although the case is still subjudice, we have attracted lot of positive and creative attention towards this issue. We are constantly giving interviews to international and local media and trying to make public opinion in its favour. We hope to make a positive impact on the lives of millions of women by this.

To further this cause, with the help of Ogilvy, Singapore, we have produced a documentary “Please Arrest Me” to spread the awareness for this cause. This documentary was very well received by masses and critics and has bagged several awards and was shown in numerous film festivals.
